Women's Bodies, Women's Words was created by a decade-old women's writing group, Wildhaven Writers, from Bellingham, Washington, in response to Roe v. Wade being overturned. The book contains personal essays and poetry pertaining to abortion, body shaming, pregnancy, miscarriage, marriage, motherhood, rape, sexual abuse, counseling, empowerment, courage, and women's rights. Each piece tells a unique story highlighting the importance of a woman's right to choose what is best for her body and her life.
